Family Dynamics and the Holidays

Hello everyone.  For those of you that celebrate, I hope you have had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  While this holiday serves as a symbol of the importance of thanksgiving, I believe we should practice gratitude on a regular basis.  Today I wanted to share a link for an article called 5 Tips to Handle Family Dynamics During the Holidays.   It provides some wonderful ideas on how to stay grounded while staying in relationship with our loved ones.  Read the first part of the article below.
