Today I wanted to share an article about stress. When I read through this article I immediately got an excited an thought of you because it speaks directly to what I work with many of my clients on. I’m Not Stressed Out: This is Just My Life! speaks very specifically to many of the signs and symptoms of stress. It also explains the role that Cortisol plays (which by the way is a hormone produced by our bodies when we’re stressed). Lastly the article shares some steps you can take and some things to consider when you are feeling stressed.
This was a great reminder for me in managing my own stress and I hope it is for you as well.
