Wholeness is the New Happy

Hello and happy Friday everyone.

I’m excited to share today’s article because it really resonated with me and I hope it will for you as well.  Author Michelle McQuaid shares some interesting insights into what she uncovered in her own quest for happiness in the article Is Your Search for Happiness Holding You Back?.

In her research and personal journey McQuaid discovered that “wholeness” had the most impact on her level of happiness.  The article defines “wholeness” as, “those of us who are willing and able to shift to the upside or the downside to get the best possible outcomes in a given situation”
