How to Make Healthier Choices When Time Is Limited

Hello and happy Friday everyone.

The article I’m sharing for today’s post is entitled When You Don’t Have Time for Healthy Lifestyle Choices.  I can absolutely relate to this sentiment because as I’ve gotten older, life has become busier.  I recognize, however, that prioritizing my health is really what will help me to be at my best and most productive.  Dr. Joel Young shares some practical advice on how we can take small steps that can help us get on the path to better health.  He shares how the cycle of unhealthy living impacts us and then goes on to share how we can track, and then begin to make better use of our time.  Here is what Dr. Young has to say about time management:

“Try observing yourself for a week. Keep track of all the time you spend bored on the Internet, using social media or reflexively picking up your phone. You may be surprised to see that a dozen or more hours of each week are wasted on tasks you don’t enjoy and don’t have to do.”
