This year I’ve been focused on creating resources to help you improve your self-care. This led to the creation of my free Simple Self-Care for Busy Women mini course.
I knew this was just a beginning however, and wanted to create several resources that would be available exclusively to my newsletter subscribers. Specifically, I wanted something that was simple for me to update and easy for you to use.
This led to the creation of the Calm & Clarity Resource Library. This “one-stop-shop” will be a central location where you can find all of the free resources (minus courses) I’ve created for you. You will be able to join the Calm & Clarity community where you’ll receive my (mostly) weekly newsletter + be able to access the library, which is exclusive to my community members.
This is a growing resource that currently has video lessons, workbooks, & worksheets designed to support your journey.
