I also know that you struggle.  Struggle with feelings of self-doubt and insecurity.  You often ask yourself, “Am I doing, being, and providing enough?”  You find most of your time taken-up by worrying about and taking care of others.  You’ve learned to suppress and ignore your own wants, needs, and desires.  When you do start thinking about your own needs, guilt quickly rises to crush those thoughts.  You tell yourself, “If it doesn’t benefit somebody else then it’s not worth doing.”  But what you’re really saying is, “I am not deserving.

I am tired of women putting themselves last on the list.  It hurts me to see surprise in a woman’s eyes when I ask what she wants for her life, because no one has ever asked before.  I’m tired of women believing the lie that focusing on your wants, needs, and desires is somehow selfish.

It is with this in mind that I have created an 8-week program just for you.

If you are tired of being last on everyone’s list, especially yours, I invite you to keep reading to learn how you can start nurturing yourself today without feeling guilty!

With Gratitude,

How do I register for this program?

When you register, you will be directed to an application page.  Once your application is complete, I will send you a link to schedule a consultation call with me.  During this call you will have an opportunity to share your current challenges with self-care and I will share how this program can help you address them.  If at the end of this call we both determine this program is the perfect fit, you will be emailed an invoice and contract to complete the registration process.

What do I need to participate?

In order to participate you need to have access to some basic technology.

This includes: phone, computer, high speed internet, email, and a printer.

We will be doing a lot of writing so I also recommend using a small 3-ring binder and a journal to write and keep record of the journey.  If you prefer to work electronically, then Word (for PC), Pages (for Mac), Google Docs, or Evernote may be a nice way to digitally journal.

What if I want individualized support during the program?

I have reserved 5 slots for individuals who would like to have 1:1 support during the program.  This is only with the purchase of Option B.  You will receive a total of two private coaching sessions– one to be held each month of the program.

What if I’m working with a therapist, can I still participate?

Definitely!  However, I recommend that you speak with your therapist about the program first. If you both feel it would be a good supplement to the work you are doing then I would love to have you join us!

What if I need more support once the group is over?

Once the group is over, you will have two different options for ongoing support.  You will continue to have access to our private online community where you will be able to share resources, seek from and provide support to the other women in the group. This will help you continue to integrate your new self-care practices into your everyday life.  The second option is to pursue ongoing individual coaching support with me.

Do you provide refunds?

Unfortunately no refunds can be provided.

How can I contact you if I have more questions?

If you have more questions, please contact me at
